Admin

Practice employ eight part-time members of staff to deal with correspondence, repeat prescriptions, and maintain the practice link with the local Care Commissioning Group (CCG).

Reception

We employ part-time reception staff to work alongside our Reception Leads  to handle the booking of appointments, to take and relay messages between yourself and your doctor, and to assist with any enquiries about the practice.

Secretaries

The practice employ 3 secretaries alongside our Secretary Lead to deal with all patient referrals, letters, reports and communications between the practice, patients and hospitals. We also now have a full time apprentice.
