Introducing Abtrace

Abtrace is our new recall and messaging service. We’ll use it to contact you about long-term condition reviews, blood tests and other routine healthcare.

You can access your secure Abtrace patient portal using your NHS login. The portal will show you tasks and reviews that are due and allow you to manage these online.

Through your portal, you may be able to:

  • See when your reviews are due, such as your diabetes or asthma review
  • Complete questionnaires and monitoring tasks, such as providing blood pressure readings or other information requested by the practice
  • Book appointments, where an online booking link has been provide

You can access your Abtrace portal through a link sent by the practice or directly through the Abtrace website using your NHS login

HPV self-testing launched through the NHS Cervical Screening Programme

HPV self-testing has launched through the NHS Cervical Screening Programme, providing an additional option for women aged 30 to 65 who have not attended cervical screening following previous routine invitations

The offer is invitation-only and will be rolled out in phases. Invited people can order a free kit through the NHS App, their NHS online account or via the order telephone line.

 

Did you know we are a registered Parkrun Practice?

A patient at The Wells Medical Practice has participated in 136 Parkruns and volunteered on 53 occasions. She wishes to emphasise the advantages of Parkrun and remind everyone that you don’t need to run to take part!

The 5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer group in Tunbridge Wells meets at Dunorlan Park on the last Saturday of every month
