New Quick Access Feature on your Anima Homepage
Did you know about the new ‘Quick Access’ feature on your Anima homepage? You can find the most frequently used request options without having to search for them.
Dependants
Based on user feedback, Anima has updated their system to allow two parents to add their child as a dependent on their accounts.
To do this, go to ‘Settings’ and then ‘Dependents & Children’.

Patient Satisfaction Survey
As mentioned in our April 2024 newsletter, the PPG conducted a successful patient satisfaction survey in March 2023 and are therefore doing this again.

About the role:
As the Chair of the PPG, you will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative environment between patients and our healthcare team. Your leadership will guide the group in providing valuable feedback and helping shape the services we offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PPG meetings, ensuring constructive dialogue and inclusive participation
- Work closely with practice staff to address patient feedback and implement improvements
- Help organise and participate in health promotion activities and community events
